The initial consultation is one of the most important client / trainer moments as it will influence everything we come to work on together.
I am really passionate about making sure this is as comprehensive as possible.
You will be asked to complete a health screening questionnaire, we will discuss your work and lifestyle, any training preferences (or dislikes!) and we will discuss nutrition.
During the consultation we will talk about your training goals, so it is important to think about what you hope to achieve from working with me. Are you looking to lose weight, tone up, get stronger, run a race or something else?
In addition to this we will carry out a full health & fitness screening including blood pressure, body composition and body measurements.
This may sound like a lot for an initial consultation, but everything we discuss here will shape your individual training plan and will make sure you get the most out of your time working with me. Once we start our sessions together we will also look at your posture and flexibility; both of which can influence how easy you find it to train.
We will review your measurements on a regular basis to demonstrate where improvements are being made.
